Spaing are Fun, take it positive – for better Body-mind & Soul. I’m talking about my favourite luxury spa in delhi – The Leisure Spa, I visited them last year around my birthday and did a whole post on how I loved everything about it. This time when Sheela and I were craving for a spa day, we decided to hit The Leisure Spa again! As soon as we entered the spa , this time it is completely renovated, huge palace painting with lake, make our mind – Waoooo- really felt awesome, about the real Luxury spa of Delhi.
She couldn’t understand my obsession with the spa so I took him for a Couple Spa Ritual ! Reaching there is quite easy, we just hailed a cab from Dwarka and it took us half hour to reach. If you live in West Delhi, it would be much closer to you. We were the first ones in the thai spa that day so I took the liberty to take some photos to update my instagram.
They have introduced a lot of new therapies but the new olive scrub and red wine scrub caught our attention. So we decided to go ahead with these along with a Deep Tissue massage and Body Polish. Sheela wanted something very intense so the owner recommended her the Deep Tissue massage. After filling out the forms, we quickly made way to our room which looked nothing less than peaceful and calm. Our therapists gave us a quick foot rub and we proceeded with the luxury full body spa. By then our steam was ready. After opening up all the pores we proceeded to the full body scrub. This way the scrub worked better by removing loosen dead skin.
But you can also go for massage and scrub together and then go for the steam bath. Their couples massage facility, is a shared experience designed for two people where each person involved receives a relaxing massage from two therapists. The massages are provided at the same time, in the same private room, but in different massage beds (one bed per person). Its huge luxury room , 250 sq ft spa room is awesome, you can compare it to TAJ Hotel Spa or ITC Sheraton spa. Rare Royal English hand painting are attractive , we enjoyed a lot. Better you can avoid weekends, as their are rush of clients.
After then we proceeded to rose milk chill jacuzzi bath. The steam room and jacuzzi were in the same room so it ensured more comfort and privacy. The spa provided some chocolates, soft drinks too to enjoy the session! The whole treatment takes around 3hours and you get to enjoy and relax with luxury. The masseuses there are trained and speak Hindi and English both. They also keep asking your requirements through out the spa session. I have been to a lot of luxury 5 star spas in Delhi but nothing beats the hospitality of The Leisure Spa. Highly recommend!
